I also manage the content and growth of UPI’s social media, including Facebook and Twitter. Under my curation since April 2013, the number of Facebook fans has doubled, and the number of our Twitter followers has grown by 50 percent.
I’m a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism, having earned my Masters degree by reporting on education and public affairs and perfecting skills such as storytelling through video and photography. I recently completed a three-month residency reporting for the Cambodia Daily in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
In May of 2010, I graduated from Tufts University with a degree in English and Music. I spent every spare second with the Amalgamates, singing, traveling and troublemaking. Occasionally, I wrote for the Tufts Daily and Salient Magazine when I studied abroad in Wellington, New Zealand. I also interned with WBUR radio in Boston.
